Where is Kochi from?

We are a proudly Australian brand, developed by coaches and for coaches. Our products are all designed and tested on Australian sports fields. We're based in Australia's capital city, Canberra.

What types of balls fit in Kochi Original?

Kochi Original will happily swallow 12 footballs (soccer balls) of size 3, 4 or 5. It will also hold 12 netballs or 12 volleyballs. It will NOT hold rugby union / rugby league / AFL / American footballs, and nor will it hold basketballs ... but watch this space!

Where are your products made?

Our bags are produced by a fantastic, experienced team in a specialist bag manufacturing facility in China. We have visited and spent time with this enormously impressive crew and are proud of our strong relationship.

What do you know about coaching?

Our founders, Darren and Chris, both of whom hold a Football Australia/AFC C Diploma, have each coached annually for the past 12 years - sometimes two teams each at two different clubs in a season. They also founded and ran the summer football school Pythons FC for seven years. It is this deep experience that inspired Kochi.

How long does shipping take?

Kochi chooses to use the reliable services of Australia Post, which offers Parcel Post over 6-9 business days. Shipping within Australia is FREE until the end of 2025.

What is your returns policy?

You can see our returns policy HERE. Essentially, as long as the product is unused, back in the box and returned to us within 30 days, we will refund the purchase cost if the bag or any other product is faulty. Our bags also carry a 12-month warranty.

How long is the warranty for the Kochi original?

The Kochi Original and Kochi Bento are covered by a 12-month warranty.
